लघु व्यवसायिकांसाठी लोक उत्कर्ष समितीचे उपक्रम -

समितीमार्फत नेतृत्वगुण, लेखा व वित्तीय व्यवस्थापन, विक्री, विपणन, गुणवत्ता व्यवस्थापन आदी विषयांवर नियमितपणे मार्गदर्शन केले जाते. आतापर्यंत “हिशेब कसा ठेवावा”, “सेल्स अँड मार्केटिंग ” यांसारख्या विषयांवर काही प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम घेण्यात आले असून व्यावसायिकांकडून उत्साहवर्धक प्रतिसाद मिळाला आहे.

प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन दर महिन्याला विविध विषयांवर केले जात असून त्याचा उद्देश सूक्ष्म आणि लघु व्यवसायिकांना सक्षम करणे, त्यांचा व्यवसाय वाढविणे आणि दीर्घकालीन स्थिरता मिळवून देणे हा आहे.

Lok Utkarsh Samiti’s Initiatives for Micro and Very Micro Businesses

Small and Micro businesses hold a special place in India’s economy. They play a crucial role in generating employment in both rural and urban areas, by creating opportunities for entrepreneurship with minimal investment. Along with meeting local needs, these businesses also support large industries. The provide opportunities for women and youth, thereby contributing to the holistic development of society.

However, it is observed that many entrepreneurs possess only limited knowledge of various aspects of business management. This often affects the quality, growth, and sustainability of their enterprises. Considering this need, Lok Utkarsh Samiti has taken the initiative to organize training programs aimed at overall development of micro business owners.

Through these programs, guidance is provided at important business levels such as leadership, accounts and financial management, sales, marketing, and quality management. So far, training sessions on topics such as “How to Maintain Accounts” and “Sales and Marketing” have been conducted, and have reviewed an encouraging response from entrepreneurs.
